Connected to The Grind - South, this space is a blank slate for you to reserve
and make your own for any type of event.
Birthday celebrations, graduation parties, wedding celebrations, baby showers, family reunions,
business conferences, company / corporate events and more!

Reservation costs
Room Reservation: $90.00 per hour
*minimum 2 hour reservation required - your card will be charged for the full reservation fee at the time the reservation is made
The reservation fee covers just that - private access to The Pour-Over Room during your selected time.
*NOTE: Your reservation time should include setup and teardown/clean-up. You may access the room at your reservation's start time and you must be completely cleaned up and out by your reservations end time. Due to having multiple reservations in a day, we do enforce this rule!
The room will be setup as is for your reservation. (see picture to the right - If you want any tables or chairs removed prior to your reservation, you will have the option to request that) You are welcome to arrange the furniture as it best fits your event!
Outside Food/Beverage Fee: $25.00
If you bring in any outside food and/or beverage for your reservation, this fee will be charged to the card you put on file following your reservation.
Damage and/or Additional Clean-Up
Should any damage occur and/or additional clean-up be required following your reservation, the card you put on file will be charged following your reservation.

Maximum Capacity: 60 people
Setup & Teardown: The time you reserve the room for includes setup and teardown/clean-up. The start time you choose is when you will be able to access the room and the end time you choose is when you must be completely out of the room. (Due to having multiple reservations in a day, we do enforce this rule!)
Once you make your reservation, if you want any tables or chairs removed prior to your reservation, you will have the opportunity to request that. The room will be setup as is for your reservation.
You are responsible for arranging the furniture as you'd like as well as setting up/decorating and teardown/clean-up of the room.
Food/Beverage:
You and your guests are welcome to purchase regular menu items from The Grind as normal. Please note there is not any sort of allowance or discount included with your reservation.

You may bring in your own outside food and/or beverages for your reservation for a $25.00 fee.

terms and policies
Decorations: Decorations are allowed, but you may NOT hang items on the walls. Should any damage occur during your reservation time, you will be held responsible.
Confetti is NOT allowed.
Open flame candles are NOT allowed.
Cancellation Policy: A $50 fee will be charged for any reservation canceled more than two weeks before the reservation.
If you cancel within the two weeks leading up to your reservation, a 50% refund will be issued.
If you cancel 48 hours or less, no refund will be issued.
Damage and/or Additional Clean-Up
Should any damage occur and/or additional clean-up be required following your reservation, the card you put on file will be charged following your reservation.
FAq's:
Will you setup and decorate the room for my reservation?
No we will not. If you want any tables and chairs taken out of the room for your reservation, we will take those out prior to your reservation but you are responsible for setting the room and decorating how you'd like.
Do we get extra time to set the room up and clean up?
No you do not. Please make sure you take into account the amount of time you need to get the room setup and everything cleaned up and include that when making your reservation.
Do you have decorations available for use?
We do not have any decorations available here for you to use. This includes but is not limited to tablecloths, centerpieces, silverware, etc.
